If your order has not yet shipped or isn't in the process of being packed, we may be able to help. Please email us (as this action attempts to halt processing of your order) so we may try to assist. Please note, we cannot guarantee we can modify your order.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day money back guarantee! If you are not satisfied with your order,  please send them back to us within 30 days of receipt in their original condition for a full refund. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping fees unless there was an error in shipping.

Contact Us Before Returning Your Item
Call us at 888-231-3648 Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST and we will issue you an RMA # for your return. You must have an RMA # to return your product.

If an item arrives damaged
If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement.

We cannot exchange any product if it has been opened.

Restocking Fee
If the product is returned and it is not in its original condition (including all packaging), we will deduct a 15% restocking fee from the refund.

Original Shipping Fee Not Refunded

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping fee on any return. We completely understand if you didn't like the item or you accidentally ordered the wrong item, but we can't refund cost of shipping.

Also, if you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct our actual handling cost from the refund amount. While we spend a good deal of money on labor and packaging, we're only going to deduct the actual handling amount. This is part of the shipping and handling.

Return Shipping Tips

We suggest that if you are using our packing material to return the item that you double-check that it is closed and taped securely.

Please note that Design Corral cannot be held responsible for damage to products that occurs from improper packing.

Why was my International order charged customs fees?
All international orders are subject to duties and taxes which are levied and collected by your country's customs authorities. We have no control over these fees.
